REFUND POLICY We do not issue returns or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. All sales are final. ***Due to the Covid-19 rescheduling of the event, any tickets purchased prior to October 24, 2020, for the June 2020 or October 2020 dates ONLY, will be refunded upon request, if the ticket holder is unable to attend on the new dates of October 15th and October 16th.***

By entering the event, you give your consent to be filmed, photographed, and recorded for possible use in The Hartford Rib Off’s promotional campaigns.

*2021* Cancellation Anyone who has purchased a ticket, or rolled over a 2020 ticket, for the 2021 Rib Off canceled due to COVID-19, may request a refund of the ticket price by emailing hartfordriboff@gmail.com Any processing fee/s paid by purchaser (to the third-party payment processor) is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser.
